A rural home is shared by Salim, Veysel, and Senol, who are all linked by their obligations and ambitions. Salim and Veysel both work as shepherds, putting in long hours every day, and Senol is the one who does the housework besides nursing the family’s ailing mother. Salim had to drop his brother out of school by his force. He got Senol to look after his mother. Besides, he had to quit his studies as Senol was not prepared for the task.
